He's a ****ing idiot, and has always been a ****ing idiot. His initial name was KCChiefs2006 (or something similar). Waste of bandwidth since his first post, banned repeatedly, but lately he's taken it to a new level. Nothing can be done because of the AOL thing.

Only with a non AOL IP address so that if he takes a dump on our lawn again we can get rid of him. Then, only allow current AOL users and no new ones in the future from AOL to allowed to have an account.
Disable his rep for 1 year
The board submits examples and votes for an avatar you must use for 1 year.

I doubt it's possible, but blocking any NEW accounts from the AOL IP range would be a start, but probably not technically possible.
