I swear little 7 year olds in my son's soccer league do that. It's always the best players, too. They'll be running, dribbling the ball, and if they're touched they'll crumple and lay there for a minute. No tears or anything. They just lay on their side, motionless. Then they get up and they get a free kick or a dropped ball. My wife can barely stand it. She says she doesn't want to even go to games anymore.

All right, the new Rep Toy reminded me of this bit, which I find amusing because it generated not one but two of my biggest rep binges.

The first one was ribbing BigDaddy b/c he proposed that The Olive Garden was THE WORST restaurant in history, something about not serving Carpaccio and having too much bread.

That netted five reps, not counting several more for other posts in the exchange. [that's a running theme, so many of my strings of mega rep are composed of 2 reps for one post, another 2 for the next post of mine on the thread, etc. etc. I probably have upwards of 40 reps at various places in the 'Lost' thread]

Then the following week, BD predicts a 3-13 season and I posted;

Netting another 6 reps.

Not once, not twice, but thrice have I gotten multiple reps for an 'Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer' reference. But the last one was a little personal and snarky, so I don't count it.
