Just be calm and explain to him you are working nights, you already said they were good people.

There you go, get a pet mountain lion or perhaps a pet grizzly, they will take care of the problem. :)

you have to try it. it's the Bose Wave Radio of white noise machines.

This is a difficult problem. I sympathsize with you. Option 1, put the barking dog # on your speed dial. Option 2, Confront the matter in a moment of levity and chuckle about your lack of sleep then ease into convo on how to cope with it. That's worth a shot but I have to say this is an issue that can wreck an otherwise cordial neighborly relationship, and you will HATE that so be careful. Good luck.

About 5 years ago i HAD A NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR that had 20 ****ing cats that would crawl on my screens at night and shit in my driveway and piss on everything in my yard, the stench was horrible.

I called animal control and they set up have a heart traps, when a cat got in there, I called them and they came and got it. She had to pay 45 bucks to get each one of them out.. Her or her little boyfriend didn't like me to well.

They built a 3k dollar privacy fence then lost their house to foreclosure about 2 months later..

Headphones.

If that fails, call Bob Dole.

I can't sleep with headphones. I have a noise machine and a loud fan and nothing drowns it out.

How about soft, foam ear plugs. Or research the movie "There's Something About Mary" for some ideas.

Rape his dog next time it wakes you up.

R8RFAN 04-11-2013 04:02 PM

start a lawnmower and let it sit and run closest to their bedroom window while they are sleeping... Get one of those compressed air horns and randomly blow it when you know they are asleep ...

I have a neighbor with one of those stupid mufflers on his car and he likes to idle it all the time while I am sleeping, so I started cranking the leaf blower on saturday morning at 6 am when he is just good and asleep from going to the bar... I also leave the garage door open , fire up the air compressor and put the leaky air hose on it... Compressor goes on for 5 mins.. off for 3 back on for 1 etc etc etc

He got the message
