She's the criminal. She should be kissing ass. I could give a **** less about a condescending judge.

You understand that she said to him "**** you" while flipping him off, right?

Good god that Judge was brutal to listen to. Very repetitive and drew that out about 10 minutes longer than it needed to take.

Fairplay 02-07-2013 12:51 AM

Not to justify what the judge did but.....

He has her rap sheet in front of him and she could be a repeat offender of various misdemeanors.

Judges see and talk to many of these low-rent type people all day and I wouldn't blame them for having a short fuse for her type of disrespectful attitude. If you can't be on good behavior in front of a judge then you have it coming.

She's 18 and this was her first offense, if I'm remembering correctly.

The true lesson to be learned here is do not EVER be caught with Xanax, Legally or illegally that stuff is garbage.

blaise 02-07-2013 06:39 AM

She's a moron and she got what she deserved. She'll remember it the next time she's in front of a judge.

i doubt she was high she was already in jail attire. She more then likely been there overnight. Xanax lasts a whole 4 ****ing hours. Never taken it, but i have taken my fair share of Ativan, basically the same shit, i needed it for anxiety im not drugged out. I havent been since my teens.

If anything she may have been suffering from a withdrawl, but i doubt that either. She was only 18 so im guess it was more or less a weekend thing at that age.

Her attitude was shit way before that.

Yeah... and the judge allowed it and even joked about it throughout the proceedings. He should have told her to wipe the smirk off her face or face contempt of court and 30 days in county. Betcha she would have turned that smile upside down really fast.

That's where my complaint comes from. Judges should be consistent. He punished her for behavior he allowed the entire time. He sets the tone in his courtroom.

Meh  Hopefully a lesson learned.

Yep.

She got what she had coming behaving like that.

I found the whole thing rather entertaining although I do pity her stupidity.

That's how I feel.

She'll recover just fine and learn.

Hopefully...

Is she a ****ing idiot? hell yes

Is he a dick? yes, but most judges are

Don't act like a dumb **** in court and that type of shit won't happen. If you can't take it seriously in that situation, you probably deserve a harsher penalty.

Bump 02-07-2013 11:36 AM

but the real question is, would you?
