So, the Royals have had 4 runners in scoring position with no outs in this game, and have not scored a single run.

I'm not cutting Frenchy any slack, but any normal base runner would have scored on that. Belly is a fat tub of lard this year. Last year he was slimmer and hit for a hell of a lot more power.
