Because I have never seen a guy that would be considered good looking to date bigger girls.. Skinny guys and fat girls, yes happens all the time. Good looking guys with wealthy ugly/fat chicks yes.

If she is not wealthy, loaded and buys him everything he wants then the guy probably swings both ways.

I will edit, was she skinny at any point? I do see spouses/significant others that blow up all the time and still love each other deeply. So that is highly possible.

That depends on what you mean by bigger girls. I prefer a bit of thickness myself, but I'm not locked into a particular body type. I don't find obesity attractive though.

It is like I hear in the news everyone yells at people for trying to get women skinny or healthy, but yet our obesity rate is outrageous..

I don't get the point of the article. I mean, okay you don't care what people think of your significant other, good on you, but its none of my business anyway. They have tv shows dedicated to this stuff...usually involves a weirdo pushing lard down his loved ones throat, but ok.
