Oh but it did. This was from last year using half the smoker. It also has a top rack.

Well boys, in about 14 hours this bad boy hits the smoker. It weighed in at 14 1/2 pounds after it was cut up.

Nope I use Tel-Tru commercial grade. I got a hell of a deal some guy had as a closeout on EBay awhile back. I take the smoking thing seriously and figure I spent that much time on something, I want it dead nuts on the money for taste. :rockon:
