The Good: You really get used to the hours. Nothing like waking up at 3:00 AM and walking to one of the many pubs that decorate almost every block of the city and ordering food, drinks and/or women.
The women are hot. Good chance she's a stripper or prostitute but tons of hot 23 year old women everywhere.
Locals get the hook up to all the nightlife and secret stuff that tourists don't have time to learn about.
If you're kind of rich or rich or wealthy, you will have an infinite amount of fun. In the good parts of the city everything is new, the buildings and schools and houses are fancy, and playtime is all the time.
