I am very intrigued my many of these QB prospects in this draft. I'm channeling my inner Ron Wolf.

Hopefully it was more than just talk.

I would assume it's IK Enemkpali from Louisiana Tech.

I like Tuitt a lot, but goddamn do I want Jordan Matthews. He's everything you could want.
He's even practicing after practice and asked for tape of every CB he would face the week before the Senior Bowl.

Sorter 01-22-2014 06:17 PM

I think I'm just going to make threads for all of the prospects I like and put excessive amounts of video and information in them.

He'll be gone long gone by then. He could possibly go in the late first round, but most likely somewhere in the early to mid 2nd.

As much of an effort player as he is, it doesn't change the fact that he isn't getting much consistent separation from the DBs in the practices. He's a #2 possession receiver, not really a game changer at this point.

The more I see of him, the more I want Jimmie Ward in our secondary. He can flat out fly to the ball and is versatile in that he can play practically any position in the secondary. He would probably be our fastest DB as well (next to Eric Berry). Crappy thing is he may have played himself into the 2nd round and out of reach of our 3rd round pick.

I like him a lot. Just not on the Chiefs. They have too many of those types, most notably Bowe, and Hemmingway. They really need a game changer.

That's why the excitement and prospect that one of the three tight ends could be there for the Chiefs.

Marquise Lee is another game changer, I just don't see him making it that far. Once he has his pro day, and teams watch his route running he is going to sky rocket.

What I am afraid of, is Mike Evans falling to the Chiefs. That would worry me.

Who knows, he could turn out to be the next Alshon Jeffrey/ Brandon Marshall. Definitely the best "jump ball" receiver I've seen in this draft. Just sucks too much at route running and getting separation for me to consider spending a first on him. He'll fit in for some team, just hope it's not the Chiefs. Already have enough WRs who can't get open.
