That said any speculation is just that...speculation.

And speculation that the blown call is what the made the Cardinals implode for the rest of the inning as well as the entire seventh game is just that...speculation.

Of course, it is a futile exercise no matter what side you pulled for in that game. To say definitively what would have happened would require the ability to adjust for an infinite number of possible variances that could affect outcome.

To celebrate the one-month anniversary of my release date, I'm giving away this album for free today. This song is track 5. Check it out if you're interested and most importantly, please share with your friends on social media if you like it.

Bump for this week's series. Let us reminisce on the glory days as we watch this year's horrible team attempt to take on the Cardinals.

I was at Game 7 and saw them win it all. That's why I'm such an grumpy old Royals fan now.

Sadness.

That's awesome. Wish I could say the same. I was 3 years old when it happened, and I was 11 the last time the Chiefs won a playoff game.

I wasn't even born when the Royals won it all and I was 7 the last time the Chiefs won a playoff game. It sure was fun seeing that game recorded on youtube though. Almost felt weird seeing the Royals actually relevant.

Was at game 7 and still remember going nuts when Motley went deep. Good times then.

Hey, you know what dude? I must have been in a bad mood that first day I posted about your song.

I am never going to be a fan of rap music, but after listening to that a second time...

Not bad, dude, not bad at all...

Oh...and let's kick some ****ing St. Louis ass tonight!

I got the whole World Series DVD set. The Dinkenger call was not brought up hardly in Game 6. Al Michaels and Jim Palmer just kind of ho humed around it and never said much during the rest of the game. It seemed to blow up overnight because that is all they talked about during the Game 7 pregame.

Interesting I did not know that.

Because they are sensible men. It simply wasn't that big of a deal.
