I don't have a foot fetish but if a girl has a big toe thats smaller than the toe next to it that makes it a non starter. (Yes, I always check)

Feet are feet and I don't get that. There's not much difference. But I will point out that a woman is not truly attractive unless she has attractive ankles and calves. You want a woman to have the ankles and calves of a thoroughbred - slender and shapely.
