It's a poor comparison.

Jeff George was 30 games under .500.

Which shows your football acumen includes nothing but looking at stat lines.

I made that exact comparison when was the QB for Denver.

I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt as a rookie and early in his career. He never did stop making those cringe worthy game changing mistakes though.

Jay Cutler=Jeff George.

Almost exactly the same.

Both guys had talent but had a head full of dicks.

It took a few seasons to show it but he absolutely refuses to change and his attitude is shit which also matched Jeff George to tee.

Chicago's OL breaks down as 12th in run blocking and 18th in pass blocking.
Chiefs OL breaks down as 9th in run blocking and 25th in pass blocking.

Now who has better protection when throwing the ball?

Sometimes you just make it so obvious that you never have truly watched the game of football.

Both sites have them similarly ranked.

Sorry but Jay Cutler is not nearly as big of a bonehead as Jeff George was.

Similar attitudes and arms but that's it.

ThaVirus 12-17-2014 06:50 PM

It really is fantastic to see GoChiefs be wrong about damn near everything.

It's borderline impressive, really.

Yeah that has always been his schtick. I have always tried to find more than one report before I put much belief in their formulas.

What the two give you is not much different in the grand scheme of things. They'll give you a 9-7 team and a first round playoff exit more often than not.

Cutler has given the Bears 5-9, with according to your measurements... the best receiver/tight end/back combo in the league... and I would be hard pressed to find another better equipped offense.

Was the line all pro? yeah probably not... but it WAS improved according to every single player and spokesman in that building.

Bottom line... you know that Cutler underperforms and so does everyone else, with that particular team I bet Smitty has already locked up the NFCN. Defense you say? Smitty would protect that shit defense and help maximize them.

Would both provide the same ultimate record? thats an honest question... I say no, the QB that moves the chains best is the QB that protects his crap defense the best... its symbiotic, man.

With Smith, the Bears and their weapons... they're 10-4... he wont **** a team that good over, and he also wont underperform with them, either.
