Seems like a solid plan really. I like the location. Get rid of a bunch of trashy buildings and clean that area up. Laclede's Landing is a cool area, I've a had ton of fun down there.

Why did the Rams and Raiders leave LA in the first place? Highly doubt that market would support two teams. I always thought either Raiders or Chargers made the most sense.

The whole reason this shit is possible is because the City was dumb enough to give the Rams an opt out clause if the stadium wasn't top 25% by 2015.

The Rams wouldn't have moved to St. Louis without that clause.

Keep in mind, St. Louis offered a sweetheart deal to lure the Rams from the Los Angeles market to St. Louis. Part of that was the stadium deal.

Your owner doesn't want to be in St. Louis any longer, purchased land in Los Angeles to build a stadium and could pay for it in cash, while having nearly $5 billion left over.
