I'd go Mayo, Mustard and some Asian sauce like soy or teriyaki.

Instead of teriyaki just go with soy sauce. Basically teriyaki is soy sauce with mirin, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.

Are we allowed to make condiments not on our list of 3?

If yes:

Ketchup
Chipotle Tabasco
Regular Tabasco (or substitute Worcestershire sauce if you consider that a condiment)

If no:
Ketchup
Mayo
Dijon

Yeah...I'd say you could make your own.

I think I'd go Mayo, Sriracha sauc, and honey mustard. I can make my own BBQ and chipotle sauces.

I'd replace teriyaki with BBQ, otherwise, that's a fine list. Anyone who'd include ketchup would be dead to me.

You mayo guys (and girl) are weird. That is what I imagine nothing tastes like.

Spread that Miracle Whip on some white bread, slap a Steak-um and cheese between them and you got yourself something special.

Oh god steak-um' s. How many decades since I had one of those?

Teriyaki is my go-to grilling sauce, not sure soy would work quite the same.

All that stuff makes it stick to chicken wings better. Soy sauce would just run off into the coals.

You can mix things together.

Bugeater 01-18-2015 08:23 PM

Ah, I get what you guys are saying. If I picked soy sauce I'd have that and still be able to make teriyaki. Only thing is I never use soy sauce by itself.

That is what I am saying. Choose soy sauce are you condiment and you can use it to make teriyaki sauce.

Plus it is the basis for other things like Sweet & Sour, hoisin sauce, and peanut sauce.
