Smith hasn't been that bad, and I can't think of another CB with the name Nelson besides the one that plays for KC.

I checked PFF and no other last name Nelson that's still playing in the NFL beside Reggie Nelson.

The Chiefs are paying Peters, Gaines, Nelson and White roughly $4 million combined this year and are getting better production than $11 million Sean Smith.

If you watch the games you would understand why I do not put the whole blame on Smith... Hell we can't put pressure on the QB and he has all day to throw... Few CB's can thrive in that situation... I am not taking up for the guy because I will be the first to admit our defense sucks and the guys bought into the hype and forgot they still have to play D... With the Raiders O they don't need to be a top 10 D to have a very good year Just middle of the pack would be good...

I am far more aggravated at our D line and lb's than the def backfield
