Well, I've not seen one of these commercials, so they clearly aren't targeting ALL of the idiots. :-P

I think the Dilly Dilly commercials are idiotic, and I view anyone entertained by them as sub-human, to a degree.

Some of y'all need a drink to kill the bug up yer ass!
Dilly dilly, mf'ers!! |
I think the first one was funny, mainly because I know that guy who would bring the other alcohol trying to impress and getting sent to the pit of misery.
|
My little brother who lives in Louisiana makes his own homemade mead so I probably find the commercial more amusing than others. That said I'm a beer snob as well with a marketing background, the ad is funny but no way does it make me want to buy their swill.

Yeah, well... I don't watch enough TV to know what these commercials are.
What I can tell you is if every type of alcohol except Budweiser brands vanished tomorrow, I'd never drink again. Good people drink good beer. I think we know what bad people do. |

The champagne of beers then? |
I'd definitely try the new Budweiser 1933 Prohibition Repeal if I ran into it at a get together/tailgate, even though the whole "we uncovered this original pre-Prohibition recipe" is all marketing. I've heard it speculated that it's similar to a Yuengling, so it'd be worth a try for me.
