He should definitely get a veteran QB instead of trying to develop one through the Draft. Should have done the same thing in New England after Brady left.

Maybe not if you're trying to win a championship, but I'm not convinced Bill is. I think he's just looking to stack some regular season wins, get his record and go home.

The best way to do that is to get Cousins or Mayfield and use your 1st rounder to either protect him or rebuild a defense that was in absolute shambles as recently as 2022.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Bill rehab Russell Wilson, either.
