Great ****ing season, regardless.

No matter what, the refs have no excuse for calling a jump ball with less than 10 seconds to go, they singlehandedly may have decided the outcome to this game.

Tough loss. The jump ball call was kind of bullshit, but Wichita State must be the worst team ever defending a lead. There were definitely a couple really silly turnovers that just shouldn't have happened. I still hate basketball simply because the strategy of the game revolves around the refs.

What an incredible season and run through the tourney. Yes we got hosed by the refs (can't upset Vegas) but we also need to learn to maintain a lead. We did pretty well with Ohio answering score for score but just couldn't pull it off in ATL. I love, love, love what the Shockers did this season. It's just the beginning...Marshalls building a powerhouse in Wichita. We'll be back - we're not satisfied. GO SHOX!

We (KU) will eventually have no choice to play you if you guys keep up this level of performance. That could be an awesome series if both sides continue their high level of play. :)

Yes that call sucked ass at the end, had to be the quickest jump ball call ever. But it was the greatest season in Wichita State history. What a fun fun ride they put some through, and as long Marshall stays, I think we will be top 20 program year in and year. Next year I would think with what we have coming back we will be in the preseason top 15-20. A name to watch it for next year is Senior transfer Kadeem Colby, I have heard story that he dominated practices.

speaking of next year Twitter is starting to blow up about the possibility of Andrew Wiggins (#1 overall recruit) coming to WSU. I guess Nick Wiggins said on twitter that his brother is going to #shocktheworld when he makes his decision. Probably wouldn't make too much of it, but something to keep your eye on.

Yeah. That's not going to happen.

I remember reading Nick's explanation and he also said don't put too much into it.

Went to Koch arena yesterday to welcome the team home and they had a great turnout of around 5,000 people, and when they first walked in everyone chanted "thank you shocks"
