Sorry, I don't trust a word anybody within the organization has to say right now. Everybody on the Chiefs also stood behind Matt Cassel for 3 years too.

Why not? What does Tannehill have to gain by speaking out or Tyson Clabo for that matter? All evidence should be taken at face value.

Players and management sticking up for a player (especially the starting QB) when that player is playing poorly has nothing in common with this situation.

Because the MD are circling the wagons.

So here's my only question. Say Martin was laughing about this before and he and Incognito are/were good friends.

Why bring this up? What does Martin have to gain from this? Is it because they traded for McKinnie? Is he bi-polar? Did he have a mental breakdown and this was all he could come up with to explain it?

"MD" = Medical Doctors?

Wow, this goes deep. Anyone have an email address for Wikileaks?

Randy Starks on why they're speaking up after initially being told not to talk: We want to clear Richie's name

John Jerry said the prank that set off Martin was done to everyone on o-line and they always had a good laugh about it.

Seems like more bullying to keep him from ever returning. They don't like him, for whatever reason. That's my take.

He was a starting OT. Tannehill isn't going to speak up in an attempt to keep him away. This whole thing is starting to smell fishy and I'm beginning to wonder if Martin doesn't have some kind of mental disorder. This doesn't excuse Incognito's actions, but I'm not sure this is as one sided as it initially appeared.

mcaj22 11-06-2013 05:17 PM

hahah all the players sticking up for Ritchie

Do you really think Miami is enjoying this BS.

The dude has repeatedly taken cheap shots against his own team mates in practice.

Just the kinda of person every winning organization wants.

The XP on the QPC with the OG and the BG disagree.

Yeah you should call them. ROFL

All I'm saying that Richie Incognito has been kicked off every team he has played on since College.

I personally think that the Miami Dolphins Coaching staff asked Richie Incognito to toughen up Johnath Martin and Richie Incognito is being scape goated.

I think it has everything to do with this. Think about it

Martin came from a wealthy family, private school was definitely the biggest and best player on his high school team where he was the guy, was highly recruited by one of the best education systems in the country.

Then there got to block for the best QB in the nation in Andrew Luck, played with guys like Fleener and Sherman. He was literally the MAN blocking for the best QB. Highly scouted and drafted. Groomed in his first year and kept in line by Jake Long, then Long leaves and the team gives him the keys to be the LT and block for their franchise QB in one offseason.

guys like Icognito take him under their wing all offseason. Seasons starts and the dude pisses away his opportunity, gets his QB killed every game, feels the heat from fans, media, coaches. Then he does so bad the team moves him to the right side and eventually benches him after they trade for 100 year old Bryant McKinne and would rather play Tyson Clabo who is terrible.

The dude probably never had to face any adversity like being benched for a bunch of aging veterans off the scrap heap. I dont know if he has an ego or not, but that team gave him something with no competition, he was terrible, then they took it away. And that could be the driving force, he basically quit on the team, and took the team down with him by airing out in house stuff.

He's always been the guy, beating inferior talent by his size. In the NFL where guys are bigger and faster he can't just get by on natural talent, and his ego (if he has one) or having everything given to him may be a factor in this.

Chiefspants 11-06-2013 05:40 PM

Absolutely no organizational control here whatsoever. This whole situation is a complete dumpster fire for Miami.
