Wonder if Will was under the weather, went back to the locker room a couple of times. He was fine, we struggle as a unit to break a good press, and Bama was very long and athletic.

If Angel plays like that consistently, maybe. By far his best game, hopefully he builds on it.

He's playing with effort this year, but he really isn't very good. If he takes more than one dribble anywhere on the court, there's a 50/50 chance it will be a turnover. On the block, he just has no idea how to handle himself. Some guys can play down there a little undersized....he can't. That said, he did a nice job knocking down free throws tonight.

Food poisoning. You can probably guess why he kept going back to the locker room from there.

Honestly, I don't even care if he's that consistent. He's a freshman so the consistency won't usually be there, but IMO the offense looks best when he's running the point from what I've seen. Not to mention Sprads looked like crap against the press last night and I'm not a huge fan of him handling the ball in traffic (although I'll give him a bit of a pass because of the illness).

Either way, I think this is going to end up being a quality win at the end of the year.

Jamar's grandmother passed away before the game. IIRC she was more like a mother to him.
