2 20 years ago a woman made a compliant against seeing Manning's ass in a training room. Her accusation never actually included any physical contact and by all accounts this women is a sue hound that's broke and as vulgar as they come.
3 Other teams do get disciplined all the time so I am not sure what you're problem is. The Pats got caught cheating on the field and they got sanctioned for it. No big deal.

The Patriots got 'busted' doing something all teams were/are guilty of (both Spygate AND Deflategate) - the fact that they are known to have their opponents' locker rooms bugged and have had access to their opponents' play books would be far more disturbing if the whole thing wasn't entertainment anyway...
Same with the Saints - Marty ran a 'bounty' every Raider week : he paid any player fines, which qualifies. All teams did it. Or do it. Don't they all play for money...anyway?? How does an extra pool make anything more insidious??
What DIDN'T get talked about were all the missing pain pills from the Saints training facility, and how Sean Payton and Gregg Williams were both involved in THAT - thousands of missing Vicodin and Morphine pills. The FBI was going to get involved, it was getting ugly until the NFL dropped 'Bountygate' and disciplined the main culprits behind the missing pills. And Jonathon Vilma, for some reason. I guess to make it look legit, but he got screwed...
