i just realized how fat i actually was in that picture. the black shirt almost blends with the background near my back and my arm is in the way, but holy shit i was very round.

That's why i wanted to see without the arm, and I'm not good enough to make it look natural.

Most 300+ people don't realize how fat they really are. I didn't.

Oh and I just got back from Day 1 of C25K.

****ing crushed it. So easy. First time I've run in years.

Did 5k in 30 min, which consisted of 5 min warm up walk, 60 sec run/90 sec walk (x8), and 5 min cool down walk.

I would say that I ran about a total of 3k and walked the other 2k.
