Once released from hands it cannot be picked directly back up either. So you delay as long as possible before the ref starts his count. Most refs, especially at higher levels, are not strict on the time and will verbally warn the keeper he needs to release.

Be hard to advance beyond this since we seem to be without much of an attacking threat, but credit the team for hanging on.

Not pretty. Tough sequences in the second half but they kept grinding and did what they needed to do.
