If he's verbally abusive and a troll I must have missed it, and anything that happens with billay should be off limits to say it's abusive because billay starts his share of shit around here.

The idea of banning the final four wasn't even conceived when the first votes were cast and even after the vague idea that someone was going to get a ban out of the deal came up, people vote on polls without reading the entire thread first so many votes have been cast without realizing the consequences.
