I am still scratching my head at all the people who think because the avalanche of evidence against Hernandez is circumstantial that is poses an issue. When it is video and text placing him with the victim, at the crime scene, with weapons etc...I cant see how they could screw up this prosecution but anything can happen.

Definition of CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE

: evidence that tends to prove a fact by proving other events or circumstances which afford a basis for a reasonable inference of the occurrence of the fact at issue

First Known Use of CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE

1736

circumstantial evidence

noun (Concise Encyclopedia)
In law, evidence that is drawn not from direct observation of a fact at issue but from events or circumstances that surround it. If a witness arrives at a crime scene seconds after hearing a gunshot to find someone standing over a corpse and holding a smoking pistol, the evidence is circumstantial, since the person may merely be a bystander who picked up the weapon after the killer dropped it. The popular notion that one cannot be convicted on circumstantial evidence is false. Most criminal convictions are based, at least in part, on circumstantial evidence that sufficiently links criminal and crime.

The real issue here is that there is a golden opportunity for the Chiefs. They have a surplus of Tight Ends. They can trade one of them for Brian Dabull and be set for years.

accessory AFTER murder, meaning they don't think that guy pulled the trigger, or orchestrated the hit, only helped conceal and clean up.

So you can tell someone is racist because of their accent Seth's tuna?

I wish people would just shut the **** up about racism. There's racism both ways especially here in South Carolina.

If you use 'Ya'll' as a part of your daily vernacular ... you MIGHT be a redneck.

Silver Chrysler 300 car was found. Rented to Hernandez. He rented it for the other two to get away.

He has got to be the dumbest man alive.
