3 tilapia fillets, maybe some minced ginger, red pepper, sliced onion and soy... broccoli and baked potato no butter.
I will probably even nuke the fish in a covered container with a bit of water... no big scale kitchen work for me tonight. |
|
Looks good. You have a date tonight SR? That's an awful lot of food for one dude.

And the helmet is awesome... I don't have one, but as soon as I get one, I might propose that it become a rule. Or at least propose that all food have a Chiefs logo in it somewhere... |
The Chiefs Helmet adds just the right touch. Looks good!

Is tilapia the fish they say not to eat or is that swae?
|
I did thinly sliced chicken breast in a garlic-lemon sauce.

That helmet was mailed to me by Naptown Chief (an old poster who used to post) -- he's an amazing individual. Every time I get a comment on it - I share that - he sent it for no other reason than to be kind. Thought it was a fine fine gesture.

Tonight was a nice piece of cod, seasoned and lightly breaded, and pan-cooked in lemon juice and butter, along with shallots. Side dish was rice pilaf with mushrooms and vegetables, and dessert was a strawberry shortcake with strawberries picked from the fields this past weekend.
Everything was cooked properly, but I underseasoned the fish a bit. :( |
I am rarely able to eat at home with the wife and kids but maybe once or twice a week. Dinner is usually paid for by another. Nothing fancy usually. Like tonight I had a small garden salad, breaded chicken breast stuffed with a garlic and cream cheese concoction, zucchini, and some black eyed peas. Most likely tomorrow will be another night of meh fare.

If the world were more like the people of CP there might not be a need for heaven! And there'd be no Denver Broncos either... Lord knows we'd eat well! |
