cardinal fans say here, hold my beer.

Losing the series in the 9th inning with one more strike. Somehow coming back to tie. Lose the lead in the top of the 10th. Down to our last strike and losing the series in the 10th inning. Somehow coming back to tie. Finally winning in the 11th inning. Then in game 7 got our ass kicked early in the game. Came back to win.

My dream from the beginning was to see Kershaw and Verlander go toe to toe in the 9th inning of Game 7.

Let's ****ing do it.

(A part of me wonders what Ned's strat also would have been had we gone extras with San Fran tied 3-3 after nine. We don't talk about this often, but I actually think San Fran would have been geared for extras far better than we were after burning Kelvin, Wade and Holly).

Dodgers throwing out Darvish, with wood and kershaw in the pen.

The Giants pretty much had their entire bullpen left. Ned would have surely thrown Holland out there for another inning. After that you're probably talking Frasor, Finnegan or maybe just going straight to James Shields.

It was highly inappropriate.

Do you think that Bill Parcells said the same thing to Tom Coughlin?

How about Bill Walsh to George Seifert?

Bill Cowher to Mike Tomlin?

Mike Holmgrem to Mike McCarthy?

Tom Landry to Jimmy Johnson?

Mike Shanahan to Gary Kubiak?

kcxiv 10-31-2017 10:28 PM

Gotta go with LA at this point.

Pablo 11-01-2017 05:29 PM

This feature on these LA dipshits make me pull for Houston that much harder.

I will say they are a "more" likeable bunch than many Dodgers teams of years past. Young, many home grown and have been providing a great series.

My hate of them is lessening but GO ASTROS!!!

This feature was on the fans. The people of LA. I don't want them to have anything nice.

But yeah the team is a little less despicable than years past.
