Sleep wise the memory foam is great. But it def makes you have to work harder during sex, and it gets hot quickly when doing so.

That's why you have a separate mattress or bed for that.

If I sleep in a firm bed I find that I sometimes levitate a few inches above the bed 3-4 times/night when I sleep face down too.
