I truely regret having had my back surgery. I have more pain now than ever in my hip and back whereas it used to be mostly in my leg.
I talked to the surgeon last week about it and he said I went back to work to soon and he wished I could find a different line of work, he said the kind of work I do that I will probably always have pain cause I keep it inflamed. He said he moved around tendons and ligaments and muscle and removed a large herniation and I went back to work before it had time to heal.
I cannot change jobs and even when I finish school the work is still hard manual labor.
I don't know what to do....I had hopes of being better after surgery and now its worse than ever.:shake:

I'm sorry for you but glad you posted this. My back has been killing me real bad for over a month. I know I reagervated it & have had back trouble for over 10 years but this is bout to do me under. 10 years ago i over dosed on pain medicine and had to drink liquid charchoal:Lin: to get it out of my system. Today I'm trying not to take much meds afraid of addiction. I've been to the dr. took steraroids, taking inflamitories, therapy with electro stymulous. I've been to the Quackerpractor twice and he quit working on me, said he wasn't doing me any good. I can't get an MRI, no insurance and would cost me $5000 for one. I never want back surgery but have thought I may need it. After reading your post I sure don't want back surgery. I feel your pain man it sux.
