Silva is dead tired on his feet. DC wore him out

alnorth 07-09-2016 09:55 PM

oh man, the spider hurt him with a body shot, and DC hugged him out of the round.

Buck 07-09-2016 09:55 PM

For a split second the crowd had hope lol.

alnorth 07-09-2016 09:56 PM

I think thats about the best we could expect. Silva was never going to win this fight, but he did at least land one shot that hurt DC.

Buck 07-09-2016 09:56 PM

Silva wins even when he loses. Good for him.

Cormier is so damn beefy.

Im expecting Brock to turtle up at the first sign of trouble. Than laugh all the way to the bank with that 2.5 million plus check.

Buck 07-09-2016 09:58 PM

Man **** those fans for booing DC. Idiots.

BigCatDaddy 07-09-2016 10:01 PM

Big names, little action. Feels like Bellator.

Silva came in on 2 days notice, there was little reason to expect anything in this fight

Unless Lesnar totally sells out for the takedown like some WWF maniac and gets Hunt on the ground...

Hunt will clock him pretty quick

Buck 07-09-2016 10:03 PM

WTF did Brock need some spending cash? He is coming back to headline UFC 200 and WWE?

Buck 07-09-2016 10:09 PM

Nate Diaz looks yoked. I don't think Shit talk works against the Diaz Bros

I think Lesnar will do exactly that. He has no choice, he has got to run at Hunt from one side of the cage to the other and take him down with everything he has.

Brock has a reputation of not being able to take a punch, and he's facing the hardest puncher in the UFC. Its ****ing comical, this is the clearest, simplest fight on the card. Either Mark Hunt can stop Lesnar's takedown attempts, or he can't. If Brock takes down Hunt, then Mark Hunt is in trouble because he is really bad on his back. Its why the hardest puncher doesn't have a better record than he does, its the only tool in his toolbox.

Was just hoping DC wouldn't go lay and pray in the biggest UFC event ever.

Remember Lesnar vs Carwin? He took a beating and didn't fall. Carwin used everything in Round 1 IIRC.
