Williams, who knew where the ball would be, was able to go up and make a play on it. Shit happens. Offenses have every advantage in the world these days and Williams used them to his advantage.

Remember - they pay the other guy to play this game as well.

There's very little to complain about with Routt there. He did everything he could and Williams made a fantastic play on the ball. That happens to Flowers a few times every year and it happened to Carr as well.

This!! It was a poorly thrown ball by Freeman. Routt had great coverage and at one point I thought he could come up with the INT but in the end, Williams adjusted real well to the ball.

Nice toss by FreEMAW. That should do it. We aren't going to score more than 14 points. That's "too risky".

What?

That was Houston that got made a fool on that drive. At least Routt was there to clean up the mess.

Routt has been a legitimate asset all season but the folks that lost their shit when we signed him instead of Carr will absolutely refuse to admit it.

That was a fluke play. He made the tip which is what you ask from CBs.

Yeah. Stupid. He played it as well as you can ask. Ball bounced wrong way. What more do you want from the guy?

DJ's left nut 10-14-2012 01:57 PM

There's the first thing you really have to bitch about from Routt today.

He took himself right out of that play in run support. He pulled up at the LOS and watched Blount just blow right the !@#$ by him.

Just doing his part.

Not like a play was called in the huddle.

both of those long passes weren't bad

1st one, the wide receiver made a heck of a play to take the ball high

2nd one, Routt knocked the ball away and it still falls into the WR's hands as he's falling down.

He's ok
