#1 and I talked about that very point (neutral zone). We watched some replays and the guy was moving before the snap but we didn't see him in the zone. It was like they had some kind of key to move on like a twitch or something. Had to be something the center did to give away when he was going to snap.

As for coming up with solutions, SEVERAL have been suggested, but then again, you wouldn't know that because you "don't have time to sift through 6 pages of bitching and moaning".

I guess one equals several in your book. Plenty of whining over 6 pages, but this is the ONLY suggestion geared towards improving the game.

I've participated in no less than 20 threads about this subject since the game ended. Perhaps some those "several" suggestions appeared in other threads on the subject.

This is my take on the Hasselback block penalty. After watching it several times you can clearly see he was attempting to take out the lead blocker. The blocker kind of jumped to the side a little bit to keep his legs from getting cut. Hasselback just got lucky by making the tackle. He was attempting to take out the lead blocker by his legs which is illegal. That is why the flag got thrown.

So how much money did you win on Pittsburgh? That's really the only thing anyone could use to justify that call on Hasselbeck as legit.

What I was saying was that I do not think the officiating determined the outcome of the game. It would be sour grapes to say that was the reason the Seahawks lost.

Was the officiating bad? Yes. But I think it has been bad all year. The NFL needs younger officials, and I don't know if they are full-time, but if they are not, they need to be.

I think the Indy-Pitt game was worse than the SuperBowl.
