First off your eyes are too far apart to command the positive effect of "LOOK".

Your ears show signs of wax build up. Not the kind from not bathing properly but from a degeneritive condition known as waxiosis. You should see a doctor about this.

Your nose is too flat and wide indicating that you were beaten profusely by a gay kid or something.

The complexion of your skin is just totally ****ed up and obviously not fixable.

I really don't mean to hurt your feelings but I would suggest trying for a career as a rodeo clown or maybe a Boar Semen Collector at a swine farm.
