I'm sure they'll care about his opinion on everything in Miami.

Actually me and the FBI. We've been watching you for months. :)

Hey Trent:

They did that out of respect for you, as wrong as it is now.......

I would have loved to hear that answer, especially if someone would have stepped up and asked him he felt that a starting QB was worth more or less then Dante Hall? Since we were able to get a 5th for him...

Plus I guess I would ask if he was insulted when they only offered a 6 for him.

I find it silly that he had a PC. That shows HOW desperate he is... ****'em its business. We never won shit with him - so ****'em. Sit back and make your money - and shut the **** up.

BY THE WAY - anyone see that Johnnie Morton is fighting MMA?

Carl has fucked over the fans and the city of KC more than any player and you guys give him the benefit of the doubt more than not...

Trent is smart, He doesnt want to play for a loser coach, he wants to finish his career on a high note and he sees that KC is not the answer anymore... More power to Trent...

But his preformance in KC is by far better than any other QB in the history of the Chiefs... (except Lenny).

 Well said! I personally would like to see Trent as the starter in KC this coming season. I think he still has what it takes to win a lot of football games. Even with the concussion he suffered last year. I think if he goes through all the camps/ota's he will be back in form on opening day. I would hate to see Trent in Miami or any other uniform!!!!

NewChief 05-22-2007 01:35 PM

So what happened in the presser? He complained about the way Terry got fired?

The reason he's complaining is that Terry was the scapegoat for the shitty offensive performance this year. Next year, Solari better watch his ass. Dick Curl is the man when it comes to the offense these days.

I don't know man, with all the rambling hogwash going on, I have no idea which way is up right about now.

All I know is we had an OC with absolutely no experience calling plays in the NFL, that's a very easy problem to recognize. My own opinion is that Trent came back too soon and I also think the play calling was shaky at the very least.

Bunch of band-wagoneers

Yep, jumped on the CHIEFS bandwagon about 38 years ago. Trent deserves all the criticism he gets, **** him. He is the one that undermined every thing he accomplished with the Chiefs, by being a whiny bitch on that interview. **** him and **** the Dolphins.

dirk digler 05-22-2007 02:05 PM

Shit I was gone for a couple of hours and all hell breaks loose.

So what did Trent actually say?

How many Chiefs' QBs had the line that the Chiefs did?

Trent is a system QB. He's smart because he's made millions of dollars being a system guy. He's Alvin Harper next to Irvin, he's Brett Perriman next to Herman Moore. Take Trent Green out of the Martz system and you see what type of QB he is.

I'm really, really shocked that you would take the fact that the Chiefs want to get rid of a 37-year old QB, who has a scrambled brain, as a slam on Herm. Who would have thought that the broken record would do so?

I respect what Trent did for the time he was here, but I have a big problem with him trying to dictate where he wants to play when he made all of his money because of the Chiefs - not because he's some genius QB. He was the QB he was because of the line he had.

If Brodie Croyle had Willie Roaf, Waters, Shields all performing at an optimal level, he would easily throw for 3,500 yards and 20 TDs.

I hope when Trent leaves town, you decide to leave this board.

He said he wanted the Chiefs to be horrible just so Herm could be gone.

He's a ****ing liar.

Nope, I am here and staying here....

Why would I leave when you are providing such quality entertainment?

By the way, solid post.
