Landon not only makes an epic move for free space, but he has the prescience to forgo to point blank shot and give an easy assist to the doldrum adjacent Altidore. That kind of selfless play reaps benefits far beyond a single game.

I was also jumping out of my seat on that failed attempt when Donovan strong armed the last defender in a race for the shot, where he threaded the ball between last two defenders and put a swim move on the nearside guy. Sure it was a foul on Donovan, but I loved the determination.

The kc wizards are having a watch party at P&L Live Block. The Kansas City chapter of American Outlaws watches at Johnny's at P&L. I'm gonna watch with a group at Minsky's at the River Market for the England game then probably at P&L for the game on the 18th.

absolutely, I wouldn't watch there otherwise. I've never been there for a game, but my buddy and his friends say its a good atmosphere, with a big TV.
