****, we're a team 2 years into a rebuild and not only managed to make the playoffs but won the division.

I could be wrong, but I swear the Hermine stuff was after you had already flipped once from supporter to non supporter... then you went back to full on Hermine supporter... so, iirc, there was at least 2 flips (I originally meant 2-3 flips... = 3-4 times you were on one side of the other).

I agree with this list, except for a need for ILB. I think we are fine at that spot and that our players will absolutely shine in their roles there once we add a true NT to the mix that keeps blockers off of our guys.

Nobody is saying or even insinuating that. The general consensus is that this will be a learning experience no matter how it plays out.

If we get blown out, we will know what a very good veteran team saw as our true weaknesses and how we have opportunities in the offseason to fill the holes to make it hard to have that happen again.

If we win it in a close game, it will show that we are closer than some think we are to being a true contender and to what strengths we need to try to further strengthen and which weaknesses we need to focus on to make us more well rounded and therefore more consistent.

1st, the author acts as though he speaks for the "fans" then goes on to say what no fan is claiming.

Does anyone really "expect" all of these things? Who made these claims? Not me. Anyone with the slightest knowledge in football can see the Chiefs improved. Maybe they aren't ready for prime time. Tht could be debated. But to say if they dont make a playoff team look inept in the playoffs means they arent any better than last season? What s dipshit.

The Chiefs have made the playoffs. I for one am looking forward to the game. I chose to be happy about it. I didn't expect it. To me, it's icing on the cake. A bonus on a successful rebuilding job in progress. One where it would have been unreasonable to expect a playoff game at home this early in the rebuild.

What Im not going to do, is sit around and think of ways I can argue points Ive been wrong about all season on a football forum. This article was generated for the fans of Chiefsplanet. The fans that have made an ass of this author all fricken season. Trying to give himself another chance to be right. Jesus, that might be the sadest thing I have ever witnessed in sports.

Absolutely :) I'm just happy we are in at this point.We get at least 1 extra game to enjoy. I know our chances are slim, but ya never know.

FAIL.

We were a bunch of ****ing frauds this year. We got dominated today almost as bad as that game in 2009. Probably worse if you consider Croyle vs. Cassel.

I was shocked beyond belief at the carnage today. The Chiefs FAILED to a degree I couldn't possibly foretell. I thought we'd lose but that was downright brutal.

Scott Pioli needs to have the best offseason in football or we will suck ass next year.

What an abortion. The 2010 Chiefs were undeniably frauds and the last two weeks proved it. Goddammit, I have never hated being right as much as I do now. This sucks ass.

We played a game in which we weren't expected to go to, then we were expected to lose easily. What was suppose to happen....happened.

It's ok. We'll be fine. No need for anyone to do anything drastic. Don't jump off a bridge or anything.

GoChiefs is correct, however, in claiming that Pioli needs to have one hell of an off-season to address some of our glaring weaknesses, as the schedule will be unforgiving. But this borders on not even being an arguable statement.

Of course a GM needs to make savvy moves or the team/organization will suck.
