And speaking of, my wife and I eat tacos, literally, 2-3 times a week. We do a variety of things, but the base is: protein (bean, meat, egg, whatever leftover I made earlier in the week), green (spinach, arugula, mexican slaw), cheese (feta, cabot sharp cheddar, parm, shredded crap), condiment (tabasco chipotle, salsa, yogurt, etc..). We throw an endless variety of these things out in a week. Can't get enough. Fairly healthy (depending on your protein) and really easy.

I was raised on soft shell. the last few months, I've done hard shell. Everyone likes the change. Soft shell is better for driving, hard shell better with a beer.
