The '20 year' law is for males, it will not be enforced in this case since the teacher is female. Had it been a male he would get the 20. I'd be surprised if she even gets 20 minutes.

That's kind of fair in a way. Given that these were 18 year old boys, I'd be surprised if the crime lasted 20 minutes.

In this country if we don't have vicitims our judicial sytem will create them. Just because there is a conflict of interest doesn't make what she did criminal. It's a stupid law.
