The talent level of this roster is better, by far, overall.

Pioli hasn't done anything to fix the QB position, and his coaching hires have been questionable, at best.

I also think he is dedicated to an antequated defensive scheme that contributes to this team's failure to play to their potential.

i agree the Talent level is better, except QB. (the most important position on the roster)

I would really like to see this defense 1 gap with Jerrel Powe at NT and Dontari Poe at RDE.

I really believe that is a line that could get after the QB.
