Well, it's clear from that video his helmet didn't hit the ground.

So either being sandwiched caused the concussion, or it's a conspiracy.

Dude, I hate Scott Pioli and his adopted 63 million dollar son as much as anyone....but I can see how being hit by a 400-pound man and driven into another large human and having your head bear the brunt of the impact would cause a concussion.
