She's intrinsically linked with Junior, so it's difficult to like her.

convection. wind is made by thermal changes, that can occur in a dome. hell, rain clouds can form inside buildings if the conditions are right.

Typical Stephen King Ending.

I don't know if that's where the book ended, but that was a horrible finale.

The book ending was absolutely terrible. I've read that the end of this series will be different (and that the idea for it did not originate from King). Pretty much everything about the show is different already, though.

Yeah, the series at this point bears little to no resemblance to the book.

Felt like the episode should've been a couple of minutes longer. I hate cliffhangers like that.

In what way was that a typical Stephen King ending?

Nothing exciting happened.

The crescendo of the finale was the stars making it light again. The ****ing dome didn't even go dark until the beginning of the finale episode!

Its not like they've been dealing with the dark for half the season.

The point still stands. That wasn't anything close to a SK ending. King has his issues but that was clearly a crappy cliffhanger.. that's all.

keg in kc 09-18-2013 11:14 PM

Yeah, they just ended without any sort of resolution. It didn't feel like a finale, it felt like the penultimate episode of the season. Cliffhangers are great - hell, I love them - but that was just sloppy.
