I think he's already gotten several endorsements.

I've noticed in the McDonalds commercials with Flacco, Kaepernick is wearing long sleeves...do advertisers hate the ink?

I see restaurant & retail workers wearing bandages to cover their ink all the time. The big bandages can throw you off at first. You think, "WTH happened to her? Did she get attacked by a Great White? Oh wait....goth makeup...46 earrings...must be a tat. A really big tat."

Its about to the other end of the spectrum. ..NOT having tats may make you LESS marketable. Clearly having tattoos im this day and age is not a hindrance of any kind as far as marketability

Depends on the market we are talking about. McDonalds, probably makes him more marketable. Upscale markets, not so much.

Upscale?

Which "upscale" market is going to appeal to fellow 20 something's?

Chief Roundup 10-07-2013 10:47 AM

It truly depends on what product he would be endorsing. There will be some that he won't get because of the tats. There will be some that won't care about his tats. There will be some that will want to use him because of his tats. There are a lot that he would never have had available to him anyway.
None of it matters if he doesn't start playing better.

Well, Calvin Johnson hawks Lexus or something, so it isn't necessarily about one age group.

Nope.

David Beckham.
