Catalog the white sauces [mind out of gutter], or even all of the mother sauces.

How about something easy but good for what you can do with chicken that doesn't leave it bland. Chicken can be good but it's never the first choice for a "good" meal.

Something for someone who likes to cook but doesn't have a ton of time or want to pick up a ton of ingredients for one meal.

I like this... I got into sauces a few years ago and haven't done a lot since, but I really enjoyed it. Would be good to revisit, for sure.

Chicken could be challenging. The worst part about chicken is everyone cooks it beyond repair. I've become a huge fan of using my sous vide for chicken, but I realize most people don't have the ability to do that. I'll think on this one...

Rep to both of you as soon as I can give more rep...

I'd forgotten this one... what were you thinking? Wings, chili, kabobs, chips & dip (salsa, cheese, etc.), barbecue, crockpot stuff?

Man, this is really good stuff! Nice blog.

I am curious.
Have you ever done any Indian Cuisine? Specifically Tandoori Cooking?
We made a back yard Tandoori and have been having a blast cooking with it.

I actually enjoy this blog. I cook quite a bit.

Indian cooking, yes. Tandoori, no. Would love one, though!

I know you said you don't like Mexican but it's easy to fiddle with and I love the hell out of it.

I didn't read all of your pasta entries but if you could get some heat in a good pasta dish, that's really good too.

Check out the fajitas post I did. I've really come around on Mexican food. Two weeks of immersion therapy, apparently.

My buddy is a Chef, and last summer with a good hangover we built this in my yard at my cabin.

We are always doing Tandoori Parties now.

This was published in some food mag. Can't remember which one.

I think I'm going to tackle this in November when I'm not traveling. Thanks for the idea.
