Well let's see, I'm 46 years old, have a very physical job where I outwork 20 somethings on a daily basis, have NO medical issues & take no meds. I may be carrying a few extra pounds but, I'm happy with where I'm at

She'll get a fair amount just from kids that won't remember where they got the letter, and she's certainly not standing up and saying, "I'm responsible for this." She wouldn't even give the radio station her last name, assuming "Cheryl" is her actual first name.
