Better to do it now while you will have plenty of time to heal , You can't walk anyway.

BlackHelicopters 02-19-2014 10:05 AM

Good luck with surgery.

Steron 02-19-2014 01:17 PM

Wow man. That's crazy. I hope you come through the surgery OK.

Take up knitting?

As Mecca warned, watch out for the blood clots. Any pain or cramping in the feet or calves or thighs can be a sign that clots have formed and are restricting blood flow to you leg muscles and nerves. If this occurs, get to an ER immediately and make sure a doctor checks for reduced pulses in your lower legs. Sometimes blood thinners will rectify the condition, sometimes surgery (thrombectomy) and sometimes the clots may release and move to your brain or heart causing a stroke or death. Don't take any chances with this possibility.

Did you at least get a pass on celebrating that ridiculous Hallmark man-made holiday?

Move around occasionally.

Sassy Squatch 02-19-2014 10:40 PM

Next time you and your wife have rough anal sex tell her not to bend your legs back behind your head.

GloryDayz 02-19-2014 10:43 PM

So the fapping didn't help the ligaments? Tough break!

All joking aside, good luck with the surgery.

Move around occasionally to stimulate circulation and take an aspirin a day. Sometimes a baby (81 mg) aspirin is fine. Just ask your doctor.

Which ligaments and what procedure?

I'm in a similar situation as you. Complete tear of my acl, grade 2 mcl and 2 fractures to my tibia. Did it about 12 days ago.

all 8 seasons of Dexter are on netflix.
I'd never seen one episode. I am hooked! on season 5 now. it's not Breaking Bad...but it's pretty good.

I've told you a thousand times. Never turn your back on a Broncos lineman.

Or was it something else? That sounds like it would hurt.
