I read a book long ago about a serial killer.....raped & killed this guys kid....the guy hunted him down. at the end of the book he's got the guy tied up...hacks his junk off with a rusty machete, pops it in his mouth and puts duct tape over his mouth then he kicks back in a lawn chair and as the book ends he's wondering whether he'll die from bleeding out or choking to death on his junk.

I had an uncle die from ALS, its a slow & disturbing way to go. Your mind is fine but your body just slowly stops working. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Being injected with a Caribbean Puffer Fish toxin so you can't move but still have all feeling..then watching your family be raped, tortured, then cut up in front of you..then they leave you there to slowly die as you stare at your hacked up family
