Although, I do have to say that one of the biggest differences that I encountered when moving to LA and interviewing for jobs is that people just don't care what you look like, how you dress, the length (or even color) of your hair or any of that nonsense.

I've done it. I'd probably be better at it now with some perspective from the other side of the desk. But the gravity of situation wasn't lost on me when I was doing it. One wrong word. One misunderstood reference or inference can wreck your chance at a job.

I don't know about his business but my community is really small, so pulling some shit would spread quickly.

I never even drank alcohol at corporate retreats or at any studio functions because I wanted to make sure I was completely lucid and never spoke without thinking beforehand.

This one was PMP. Project Management Professional. I had it before but let is lapse. I've got 4 or 5 others. IT stuff, but PMP is transferable to any industry. I'd like to be an entertainment producer.
