When is the last time you'd procured a Hardees breakfast? How was it?

Have you framed your 8x10 glossy of Okoye yet Bugeater?

It's staying packed away until the chaos in my basement is over. Can't risk anything happening to it.

It's never deep enough.

There's only one that has it in for me, but luckily he is easily distracted.

Hey, look over there, squirrel!

Tom Osborne, when he was running for governor of Nebraska. I was in line at a fish fry during Lent, drunk off my ass, and he was going through the line shaking hands with everyone. I'm surprised I even remember about it.

Follow up: John Cougar Mellancamp or Springsteen?

Springsteen easily. I liked Cougar's early stuff when he was Cougar. The Mellencamp stuff....meh.

Oh hell, a very long time. Hardee's had pulled out of Omaha in the early 90s, and we didn't get another one until about 5 years ago and I don't believe I have ever hit it up for breakfast. I do roll through for a Frisco Thickburger on days when I have no ****s to give.

Same here. In fact, I bought land from my dad and built a house right next door.

Oddly though, I commute 50 miles one way every day for work. Go figure.

I assume you are too young or not even born to remember SB IV.
So at what point in your lifetime did you think the chief's had the best chance of winning a SB?

100 mile round trip each day? You are out of your mind.

Winning one? Never really. I thought with home field the defense could carry us to one in 95 but I had no reason to believe we'd be able to beat the Cowboys or 49ers if we did get there. Turned out that it didn't matter anyway.

What’s your proudest moment here as a member on Chiefsplanet?

You just increased your post count by one so that counts for something even if it wasn't necessary but you got your point across.

A few years ago I was going to give Joey a van that I didn't need anymore, so I dropped it off down at Nzoner's place, and he never made it to pick it up. Turns out that's when he ended up in the clink.

At the time, Dave Lane was mentoring a young man through Big Brothers who needed a vehicle, so he came up to St Joe and picked it up for him and fixed a few things on it. Kid ended up driving the damn thing for a couple years.

That's the kind of thing that separates this message board from the others and makes me proud to be part of this community.
