Even though he's a former Bronco, he's still one of my favorite football-associated people.

I heard several interviews 20 years ago that explained where he came from and what he went through to be who he is today.

I have a lot of respect for the man.

Man, Nelson and Scandrick verbally sore after offseason departures from the Chiefs. "You cost that man a championship."

Shannon 1
Orlando 0

Speaking of, Eric Berry must be done, right?

Why is some random scrub talking about Mahomes?

Why is Shannon Sharpe trying so hard to get me to like him? It's never going to work. The best he can do is move up my hate list beyond Tom Nalen and Jack Tatum. I guess that's progress, but it's not really a big upside.

My impression of Scandrick is that he takes things personally. He trashed the Eagles on his way out, and he doesn't like the Chiefs because they cut him.

He won me over. It took a while but telling Scandrick he should've apologized to Mahomes last year did it

This. He gave an epic beat down to a guy who disrespected the efforts of 2018 Mahomes. His own teammate. Still can’t believe this exchange.

There was an article on that recently, not worth digging up because it was just a shoulder shrug, noting how long it's been since he was on the field and doing a little roundup of teams that could use some secondary help.

The only news would be the recent apparent confirmation of no news.

Shannon Sharpe will never be forgiven for his role in the Monday Night Meltdown game.

No one wants to admit it, but Derrick Thomas allowed Shannon to get inside his head throughout that game. Shannon did what the Chiefs and Broncos were famed to do with each other during that rivalry in the 90’s, it just came to a head when it was clear in Q4 of that game what the outcome of that game, and ultimately, what the Marty era, was going to be.

This is unnecessary
