You know, the last 3 weeks have been pretty rough for me...and one of the things i miss being a regular part of are the great horse-whippings that go on here when an idiot comes in to claim mental superiority.

But I must admit to just pretty much laughing my arse off at all the witty sarcasm and one-liners in this thread. I think I have enough material now to make sure that anyone who works with me goes home crying before the week is over.

Those damn Jehovahs witnesses are a pain in the arse. I worked nights a couple of years ago and this one woman with 2 little indian children kept stopping by about 10 am when i was still trying to sleep.

The phamplets and visits wouldn't stop so I finally answered the door. If It wasn't for the kids I would have answered the door totally nude, but I settled for just being in my underware. The two kids (a boy and girl about 5, 6 years old or so) started laughing histerically and she sent them along to pass out phamphlets while I invited her in the house.

She took quit a bit of crap from me as I grabbed a bud from the fridge and offered her one to which she declined. She then sat there offering me her guidance as I proceded to smoke cig after cig. It was pretty boring and the only way to get her to leave was offering her sex.

Actually I turned on the VCR and started watching a lesbo flick. I could tell she was uncomfortable when I asked her if it was making her as hot as it was me as she saw i was pitching a tent in my boxers. After I asked her to pass me the hand lotion and the kleenex's on the coffee table next to her chair, she just got up and left. Go figure.

Guess she wasn't a fan of "No dicks Allowed # 84"

You're right, because it really isn't a big deal to anybody except for Tom. "No commenting" makes it seem as though we've something to hide.

Tom got busted with the stupidity on ChiefsPlanet about the same time he got called up to active duty. He voluntarily submitted his resignation to me and the rest of the board via email, citing time/committment concerns due to his call to active duty. Then when we failed to update the website to reflect his departure he threw a fit and threatened legal action. So, we removed his name from the website - entirely. Then he started bitching because he wanted to be known as a co-founder. Then he started bitching because he was back home in Kansas and wanted re-instated to the board because his resignation was actually just a leave of absence. You get the idea. Anyway, our by-laws call for new execs to be nominated. Tom wasn't nominated. All the decisions regarding Tom were put to a vote. None have gone in Tom's favor. I'm not out to get Tom, but don't tell him that.

His side of the story says a bunch of stupidity about being "forced" out. If a voluntary resignation is "forced out", I guess that's what happened. That is the pared down version of the story - there's actually several hundred emails from Tom on the subject over the years.
